How frequently do you update the All medicine name list?
Continuously put our efforts to keep the data up-to-date. In general we update the data every 2 to 3 months of time. We inform all of our existing customer whenever new updates are available.
How can I get the updated Indian Medicine Database?
If you’re a new customer, you will receive the latest updated data available at the time of your purchase. For existing customers, we offer the option to purchase updates at a very nominal cost. However, please note that buying frequent updates as an existing customer is not mandatory.
What is your data retention policy if I don't download the database immediately? How long will my download links remain active?
We strongly recommend downloading the data immediately upon receiving your download links. Our data retention policy is as follows:
- Download Window: Links remain active for 2-3 days after delivery
- Data Storage: Due to the large repository size, we cannot guarantee availability of older versions beyond this time frame
- Image URLs: If your package includes image URLs, these links may change with database updates. Download and store images locally for permanent access
- Update Notifications: When we notify you about new updates, contact us immediately to verify the availability of your current version
- Best Practice: Always download and create backups immediately upon receiving access
Important: We cannot guarantee re-providing data if you miss the download window, especially once a newer version is released. To ensure continuous access, please maintain your own backups of all purchased data.
Does data include the branded and generic names?
Yes, our drug product database comprises both the product’s brand names and their respective compositions.
Can you share more information about the images?
The images included in our Medicine Database and OTC Database are high-quality and free from any watermarks.
They have a uniform resolution of ~ 700×700 pixels, ensuring clarity and consistency. These images are conveniently mapped with their respective Product IDs for easy reference and integration into your systems.

How will you transfer the Medicine database after the purchase?
Once we receive the advance payment, we will securely share access to the data via a OneDrive link. You will be able to download the data in Excel format along with the corresponding image links, if applicable, once your purchase is complete. No, we specialize exclusively as data providers. We do not offer technical integration services or programming support, as our team focuses on data curation and quality. We deliver the complete database in Excel format, which is universally compatible with most systems. Your technical team will need to handle the integration with your platform. However, we do provide sample file before purchase to know about the data structure and fields to facilitate smooth implementation on your end.
